In Week 4 of "A Developing World", we examine population and migration. Perspectives on global population are most often viewed with a short time frame in which the big picture is lost. This presentation will be on population through time, from the end of the Pleistocene, or Ice Age, era to the present day and concluding with a brief look at what we might expect to lie ahead. Consideration will then be given to the environment, given present-day trends.
