http://www.ethicalconsumer.org/ - this is a UK-based website which provides information to consumers in order to help them make ethical purchasing decisions.  While not focussed specifically on sweatshops, it does provide information on the clothing and apparel industry.

http://www.responsibleshopper.org/ - an excellent site sponsored by Working Assets and Coop America. This site contains a searchable database of companies, including clothing and apparel manufacturers. The database identifies companies that have been found to contract out to sweatshops.
