Oxfam Canada presents: Development Benefits?In Week 8 of "A Developing World", we wrap up the workshop series by exploring common issues that have arisen throughout the series. In addition, we ask just who really benefits from development? Is it the governments of developing countries? The multinational businesses? The rich? The poor? Why doesn't aid always reach its intended targets? What can we here in Canada do to improve development success rates?
